What Happens Next?
Your initial appointment will be an assessment of where you are, and what you hope to get from therapy.
It will be an informal conversation where you will be able to share your thoughts and feelings. It will also give you an opportunity to see whether we are the right fit.
Depending on the outcome of this session, you will be allocated a weekly timeslot for future therapy sessions.
I offer therapy in a flexible and accessible format, working online via FaceTime, Zoom, and over the telephone and sessions run for 50 minutes.
Many of my clients find this mode of working particularly beneficial, as it removes the constraints of travel and allows them to engage in therapy from the comfort and privacy of their own space. Whether you're at home or on the go, the convenience of online sessions makes it easier to fit therapy into your busy life.
